Ok, I searched the forum and didn't find any mentions on that issue. It's the following:
Ya all remember that TDR mission (on 6th map I think) when you drive Da Panzer and need to collect ammo to devastate the gates on the second map via the tank gun. Yeah, I enjoyed that tiny TPS element a lot. Down with the mission, it's no means more fun to shot those Hummers. Well, you know. SO, my question is maybe there's a way to include a fulltime functionable cannon for a vehicle in TDR?

Guessing thats a no since no replies.
That would be so awesome though 
It would be great if all the "weapons" on the vehicles actually did something to other machines instead of just being cosmetic...ah well we can dream  . I wish C4 wasn't cancelled so much...=\

If I remember correctly... and it has been quite a while since I have messed with this stuff. There is a file that is included in that mission that states what your tank can do. There are pointers in the text file for that mission. Now weather or not that code can be adapted for every mission, I don't know. But it is pretty straight forward in how it works.

I found a website that has info on every mission for TRD 2000

Why are there so many pedestrians left??? I thought I ran them all over!!!

well if i remember i seen this site before...
its still good  but it seems to be unmaintained and have some broken links  to some pages.
It looks like the site is supposed to be a mirror or backup to something...

How cant u remeber dtd????
It was one of the first Carmageddon websites out there and it really kicked ass.
There was a lot of stuff about C2 there

There is a way to add fulltime functionable cannon for a other vehicles in TDR. I mean to your Ai opponents.
p.s. Game is easy and it's unreasonable to add any weapons to your car as it will become boring...OMG
